Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Agreement

Using this site or booking a trip means you agree to these Terms.

Our role

Saltway is a booking agent. We do not own or operate the yachts or vehicles.

Each trip is operated by an independent, licensed provider who is responsible for the vessel or vehicle, its crew or chauffeur, safety and insurance.

Each trip is operated by an independent, licensed operator (USCG-credentialed captains, Miami-Dade licensed chauffeurs), named in your written confirmation.

The provider may also ask you to sign its own charter or service agreement.

Saltway does not collect payment. You pay the provider directly, and the provider’s own payment, deposit and refund terms apply.

Quotes and prices

Website prices are firm and include crew gratuity and tax where stated. Your written confirmation lists every charge.

Car rates exclude a 20% service charge, a 10% fuel surcharge, parking, tolls and airport fees.

Yacht charter rates exclude crew gratuity (15–20%) and 7% Florida sales tax. Under each charter price we show the total with gratuity and tax, as a range.

Prices can change with date, demand and itinerary until your booking is confirmed in writing.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing. Saltway does not collect payment. Once your trip is confirmed, you pay the provider directly, and the provider’s own payment, deposit and refund terms apply, as stated in your quote.

Cancellations and changes

See the Booking & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Saltway Circle

Saltway Circle perks have no cash value, are valid for 12 months and can't be combined.

Weather and safety

The yacht captain has final say on whether conditions are safe and on the route. If the captain cancels or shortens a charter for weather or safety, the provider will offer a new date or a refund as stated in your quote. Chauffeurs may refuse service to anyone acting unsafely.

Guest rules

  • •Passenger limits on each yacht and vehicle are legal limits and are never exceeded.
  • •Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.
  • •No illegal drugs, weapons or smoking inside vehicles or cabins.
  • •Minors must be with a parent or guardian.
  • •You are responsible for your group’s behavior and for damage your group causes, including cleaning fees for vehicles.

Late arrival and overtime

Waiting time beyond the included time and extra hours are billed at the provider’s hourly rate.

Lost items

We will help you contact the provider, but neither Saltway nor the provider is responsible for personal belongings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Saltway is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers, delays, traffic, weather, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to any amount you paid to Saltway, which is normally zero, since payment goes to the provider. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
